CAREER SERVICES
NLEI's Career Services provides an array of vocational training and placement opportunities in businesses large and small throughout the Chicago land area. For 36 years, Career Services has been placing clients and assisting in the development of a diverse and highly-skilled workforce.
Services are available to both employers and individuals. Whether you are a member of the community looking for employment or a Human Resources representative seeking to fill a job opening, our Employment Services can help.
Please bring the following documents in order to fill the SCJ application. If available, bring your resume:
1.
Social Security Card.
2.
Proof of legal residency/citizenship in the U.S.
(Birth Certificate, Certificate of Naturalization, Working Permit, Resident Card, U.S.Passport).
3.
Proof of Age
(Birth Certificate, valid Driver's License or State ID).
4.
Proof of Income for the past six (6) months
(Two check stubs; Unemployment Insurance Claimant Wage Information Sheet and unemployment check stub; Public Aid Medical Card 04; or Social Security Income Statement. If you are being supported by someone else, bring a signed letter starting that they are supporting you and their check stub.)
5.
Proof of address
(Valid Driver's License, State ID or Utility bill-light, gas, or telephone. Utility bill does not need to be under your name.)
6.
Proof of Selective Service Registration (Males only)
